安装速度过慢或失败

1. 先将库索引文件下载到本地：file:///Users/t470p/Documents/Arduino/package_esp8266com_index.json

2. 再将索引文件里要下载的文件 x86_64-apple-darwin14.xtensa-lx106-elf-e5f9fec.220621.tar.gz 下载到本地，并在文件所在目录运行起 web 服务器。并修改索引文件中的文件下载地址：
